About the author:

Adi was born and grew up in Israel. She earned a bachelor’s degree in international communications and is a Pilates instructor. She moved to Williamsburg, New York, to begin a new chapter in her life with her Italian-born life partner. Their son, Imri, was born by the light of a full moon in New York city, as was Adi. Adi aspires to instill in her son—and readers of this book—love for the beauty of the moon and the everyday wonders that fill our world with light. The book, its calming lullaby, and the mirror embedded in its final page offer happy reassurance: Every child has an inner light that always shines, even in the moments when it is not fully visible.
