Our Shipping Policy

At Peanut & Honey, we carefully prepare every order and work to get your purchase on its way as quickly as possible.

 

Order Processing

We process orders Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and holidays.

  • Orders placed Monday–Saturday before 12:00 PM EST begin processing the same business day.
  • Orders placed Monday–Saturday after 12:00 PM EST, on Sundays, or on holidays will begin processing the following business day.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for order processing, pending merchandise availability and credit card authorization.
  • Processing time is separate from the shipping/transit time selected at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Domestic Shipping

We ship orders within the United States via UPS.

Peanut & Honey offers several shipping options at checkout, including standard and expedited services. Available shipping methods, delivery estimates, and prices are displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and the service selected.


Free Standard Shipping

We offer complimentary standard shipping on U.S. orders of $100 or more.

The shipping discount is automatically applied at checkout when Standard Shipping is selected.

Free standard shipping does not apply to expedited shipping services, including 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air.

 

Tracking

Tracking is included with all orders. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please note that tracking information may take some time to become active after your package has been picked up by the carrier.


International Shipping

Yes, Peanut & Honey ships internationally! 🌎

International shipping options are available to eligible destinations at checkout.

International shipping costs vary depending on the destination, package, and shipping service selected. Customers will see the available shipping methods and prices at checkout before completing their purchase.

Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected.


Tracking is included with all international orders.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs clearance, duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Any applicable charges that are not collected at checkout are the responsibility of the customer.

International shipping availability may vary by country due to carrier restrictions, customs requirements, or other shipping limitations. 


Shipping Delays

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the selected shipping carrier. While we do our best to provide accurate shipping information, Peanut & Honey cannot guarantee delivery dates or be responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, natural disasters, customs, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.

For international orders, customs processing may also affect delivery times.

 

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order.

If an order is returned to Peanut & Honey because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the package.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Once tracking shows that a package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, Peanut & Honey is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, building management, and the carrier first.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist with the appropriate carrier claim process.

 

Our Same Day Delivery Policy

Same day delivery is available for eligible zip codes through Getcho, with the following detail:

  • Delivery Time: Orders will be delivered within 2-4 hours, depending on inventory availability.
  • Order Eligibility: Orders over $100 qualify for free same-day delivery.
  • Inventory Considerations: Delivery is subject to inventory availability.
